Vitally, a New York-based customer success platform (CSP), has closed $30 million in a Series B funding round led by Next47. The Series B also saw HubSpot Ventures, NewView Capital and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) participation.
A16z led Vitally’s Series A round. With the increased capital, Vitally can expand internationally, hire strong product and engineering staff, and develop cutting-edge new platform features.
The CSP was developed to raise visibility, teamwork, and output. Customer success teams with the current CSPs and productivity solutions can’t produce the best work.
Critical project management and product reporting skills are lacking in today’s CSPs, and productivity tools do not link with crucial customer data sources dispersed throughout the tech stack.
These solutions force firms to handle work through a platform not made for productivity or through different platforms for managing everyday operations and consumer data. Customer Success teams are left dissatisfied and ineffective in both scenarios.
“Vitally is taking a new approach to Customer Success software. It is the first Customer Success Platform to centralize all the capabilities you expect from best-in-class productivity tools with all of your customer data from across the stack,” said Jamie Davidson, co-founder and CEO of Vitally.
Vitally combines productivity and collaboration tools with essential customer data
The only workspace, Vitally, combines productivity and collaboration tools with critical customer information, enabling B2B Customer Success teams to boost net retention revenue (NRR), provide the most outstanding customer experience possible, and work more productively team.
“Vitally’s productivity-focused approach to Customer Success is unique. Our investment and partnership with Vitally are strategically important to HubSpot. We have only scratched the surface of the value we can deliver to the market and our customers,” said Brandon Greer, Director, Corporate Development & Head of Ventures HubSpot.
Teams utilizing Vitally work efficiently, increasing net revenue retention (NRR), finishing more work, and providing best-in-class client experiences.
As market giants like Segment, Zapier, and Gorgias join forces with Vitally for growth, many creative Customer Success teams are doing the same.
As a result of the value it offers to its clients and the growing demand for businesses to make the most of every customer connection, Vitally saw considerable growth in 2022.
“Vitally is doing more than reinventing Customer Success. They’re reinventing work. We strongly believe that the company will be the big winner in the market, driving massive growth for their customers,” said T.J. Rylander, General Partner at Next47.
